2026 Lest We Forget Collection — Please read before placing your order.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your item before stock arrives in Australia. Your order is confirmed and payment is taken in full at the time of purchase.

Stock is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis across two shipments.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Shipment 1: Production is aiming to be completed 23 March 2026. Expected to land and dispatch within 7–10 days of completion.
  • Shipment 2: Production is aiming to be completed March 31st. Expected to land and dispatch within 7–10 days of completion.

Please note as soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking via email from Australia Post so you can track your item every step of the way.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. Afterpay is available — repayment schedules are managed directly with Afterpay and do not affect your dispatch date.

3. Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be held and dispatched together when pre-order stock arrives. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

4. No Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

5. Size & Product Selection

You are responsible for selecting the correct size and style. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your item arrives faulty, not as described, or significantly different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@phxworkwear.com.au.
