HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping is $13. Estimated transit time is 2–8 business days.
WHERE DO ORDERS SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from Phoenix HQ in Brisbane, Australia via Australia Post. Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU DISPATCH?
We dispatch daily, typically within 1 business day of your order. During high-volume periods this may vary slightly.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
No — we operate as a warehouse only and cannot accommodate pickups.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED — WHAT DO I DO?
Check your email for a dispatch notification and click your tracking number. If you're still unable to locate your order, email info@phxworkwear.com.au and we'll sort it out.
PRE-ORDERS
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
All 2026 Lest We Forget Collection pre-orders are dispatched as per our dispatch schedule. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order leaves our warehouse.
I ORDERED A PRE-ORDER ITEM WITH A REGULAR ITEM — WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need your regular item sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We only accept returns where Phoenix has made an error — wrong item sent, faulty product, or item not as described. All other sales are final.
We provide a detailed size chart before every purchase. Please check it carefully — we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, wrong colour ordered, or items that don't fit as expected.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR INCORRECT — WHAT DO I DO?
Email info@phxworkwear.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and make it right promptly.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REPORT AN ISSUE?
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for faulty or incorrect items.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Email info@phxworkwear.com.au immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed, but we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the above.

We dispatch within 1 business day of order placement. Once your order leaves our Brisbane warehouse, delivery times are in Australia Post's hands. For time-sensitive orders, select Express Post and order as early as possible.
